The building was built by Shlomo Gafstein in the 1930’s as a residential building in the Bauhaus style, with clean functional lines, asymmetrical film windows and corner balconies.
The building was meticulously restored and eventually had 12 luxury apartments.
The windows were accurately restored while still complying with modern acoustic standards, as well as having roll-up shutters and better insulation, doors leading outside to the balcony and a circumferential locking system.
The front door was painted blue using our environmentally friendly method – multiple coats protect the wood from weather damages and sea salt according to strict local standards.
