17 Nachlat Binyamin St
The Zusman house at 17 Nachlat Binyamin Street is a beautiful building looking over the commercial intersection of Nachlat Binyamin. The symmetrical 1930’s building has an eclectic touch characteristic of the era.
The building was residential with the first floor intended for commercial use, meaning the restoration had to comply with modern commercial standards while still retaining the buildings’ original style.
Noga Nagarut restored the roll-up shutter system, hidden higher up. Impenetrable triple glass vitrines and commercial-grade locking handles were installed in the commercial area for security.
